Our signature restaurant, Siena, at The Meritage is now featuring a menu gathered from California’s finest ingredients inspired by Tuscany. Each serving at Siena is prepared fresh from local organic farms with farm-raised beef, artisan cheeses, and more.

Napa’s earthy temperate climate very much echoes that of Tuscany—abundantly rich with the kind of fertile soil conducive to creating the characteristic cuisine of Italy.

This new menu is a natural. Making its grand appearance May 1st, the sumptuous choices will feature bold, natural flavors, unadorned by sauces with butter or creams. The cuisine is simple and rustic with dinner selections such as:

Black Mussels Pot
Black mussels, chorizo, roma tomato and creamy saffron broth

Bistecca alla Florentina
Grilled kobe beef coulotte, Peruvian mashed potatoes, bell peppers and five onions fondue

California Artisan Cheese Plate
Hector’s wildflower honeycomb, fresh fruit and candied nuts
